Manage a group of 10+ engineers, designers and engineering technicians with a mix of mechanical, electrical, electronics backgrounds while providing overall leadership in ethical, EH&S, lean/six sigma principles.
Requirements
Minimum bachelor's degree required. Technical capabilities should include problem solving, root cause analysis, mechanical design of rotating equipment, electronics/controls, configuration management, design of experiment, design reviews, validation testing/lab supervision. Experience in electromagnetics relative to electric motors and generators.
Project management skills must accommodate leading complex programs from concept to commercialization, budgeting, staffing, scheduling, reporting, with accountability for driving on-time business results. Must be able to communicate effectively at senior management levels internally within the company and externally with customers.
Candidate Must Have :
• Engineering Mangement experience
• Commerical negotiation experience with customers
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with Electromagnetic equipment
• Experience with Electric Generators and/or Motors

4 Year Degree
